Real Estate and providing a genuine service to my clients has always been a passion of mine. After establishing my boutique Real Estate business in the Upper Hunter Valley in 2010, I continued to build my skills to stay abreast of the forever changing requirements in the industy by becoming a Trainer and Assessor with REINSW. This has allowed me to remain current, assist up and coming agents, offer support and professionalism to the industry. In 2024, I announced the launch of Fernandes Realty servicing the Newcastle and Port Stephens region. My role as Founder/LIC is to ensure my clients can come to me to receive a professional experience, whether it is for Residential Sales or Property Management, as well as aligning the integrity of the Industry, by offering knowledge, support and a seamless journey when providing my services.
